This policy explains what information Neural Automate — a trade name of Inamdar Global Connect Ltd., based in Toronto, Ontario — collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. The systems we build for clinics are covered by each client's own agreement.
Information you give us
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, and message.
- Growth audit form: practice type, website or location, biggest frustration, patient-volume goal, and phone number.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Booking a call: the details you enter in the Calendly scheduler are shared with Calendly and with us.
- Chat with us: this opens your own email app. Nothing is sent from the website — we only receive what you choose to email us.
Please don't send patient information
This website isn't designed to receive patient health information. Please don't include patient names, health details, or records in forms, the scheduler, or email.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare and run your growth audit, schedule calls, and — if you subscribe — send our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. We don't sell or rent your information.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't currently use analytics tools. We remember that you've dismissed the cookie notice using your browser's local storage — nothing else.
The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies when it loads. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we'll update this policy and the cookie notice first.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website: our hosting provider (which processes standard server logs such as IP addresses) and Calendly for scheduling. Your information may be stored or processed in Canada or the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to respond, follow up, and run any work you ask us to do — and we delete them sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Canadian residents have these rights under PIPEDA and may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. US residents may have similar rights under their state's privacy laws.
